Fistly login your blogger dashboard.Left side follow Layout option and click on.

Second step have some Add a Gadget option and click on where you want.

Step 3

This step have a pop-up page have many option.You down scroll your mouse find HTML/JavaScrip and click.

 

 Step 4

 Now have two blank option.one blank is Title and another Content.If no need title than don't write title leave blank And Content Option paste or write your HTML/JavaScript.
